Job summary
LANDGRAPHICS Landscape & Arborcare Management in Santa Ana, CA is hiring a dependable Landscape Renovations Crew Member to support installation and improvement projects across commercial properties. Training will be provided with a focus on landscape construction, planting, and hardscape installation.
Assist with renovation tasks, install plants, trees, sod, mulch, and irrigation, and support hardscape like pavers and edging.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Landscaping or construction experience is helpful but not required.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Ability to lift/move 10–50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape renovation projects including demolition, grading, and site preparation.
- Install plants, trees, sod, mulch, and irrigation components.
- Support hardscape installation such as pavers, walkways, retaining walls, and edging.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Follow direction from Crew Leaders and Supervisors to complete projects on time.
- Report safety concerns, site issues, or equipment problems.
