Position Summary

Our acre Winrock Town Center, which includes a two‑acre park with a waterfall and large pond, will be a horticultural masterpiece. We are looking for an individual to help maintain this magnificent property. We are seeking a knowledgeable individual with commercial landscaping experience.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Become an important member of our landscaping crew.
• Install, maintain, and repair irrigation.
• Install, maintain, and replenish landscaping beds and display areas.
• Trim trees and bushes.
• Knowledge of construction is a plus.
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule may vary, and you should be available to work weekends.

Required Qualifications (Includes Education, Skills, and Experience)

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of experience directly related to the essential functions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and other employees.
• Organizational skills to keep track of multiple jobs and the materials needed.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort
