Job summary

RSG Landscaping is seeking a Production Manager to lead complex landscape maintenance and enhancement operations, oversee a $1M+ annual book of business, and partner closely with branch leadership to grow people, clients, and revenue.

This role is ideal for an experienced landscape professional who has already “been there, done that” and is ready to lead at a higher level. You will supervise 2–6 service teams, own execution from planning to completion, and mentor crew leaders and supervisors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in landscaping, grounds management, or a related field.
• Proven success managing multiple crews and large portfolios of work.
• Strong understanding of landscape maintenance, enhancements, plants, irrigation, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2–6 service teams with full accountability for performance, safety, and results.
• Own execution across maintenance and enhancement work from planning to completion.
• Mentor, coach, and problem-solve for crew leaders and supervisors.
• Manage labor, materials, and equipment to hit budgeted margins.
• Identify enhancement opportunities within existing accounts and help grow revenue.
