Job summary

Granite Hills Group in the Southeast seeks a Production Manager to lead frontline crews, ensuring quality, efficiency and safety while delivering beautiful landscapes for clients. The role oversees production planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and materials procurement and works closely with Account Managers on service audits.

You will hire and train crew members, mentor supervisors, and drive customer satisfaction while managing labor costs to support profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production crews in landscape or similar operations.
• Strong ability to plan, schedule and oversee field work.
• Proven track record in safety program leadership and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline crews to ensure quality, efficiency and safety on client sites.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and materials procurement.
• Hire and train crew members; mentor supervisors to develop talent.
