Quality Care in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Production Manager to lead field crews on commercial landscaping projects for a local business with national reach. You will supervise field staff, schedule work, and ensure client requirements are met profitably and safely.

This role emphasizes cost control, coordination with account managers, and ensuring equipment readiness. A two-year foreman-level background and knowledge of safety best practices are preferred; Spanish skills are a plus.

Formación

• Minimum two years' experience in commercial landscaping at the crew foreman level or higher.
• A degree in horticulture, turf grass science, landscape technology or related field is preferred but not required.
• Functional proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with safety best practices for crew, public, and environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise field staff and manage client jobs to ensure crews perform high quality work profitably and efficiently.
• Follow company policies to maintain operations and meet safety standards.
• Use knowledge of landscape maintenance and equipment to boost branch success.
• Supervise crew performance and control direct costs such as labor and materials.
• Monitor labor budgets and other costs to ensure Income from Operations is met.
• Coordinate with Crew Leads and Account Managers to meet client expectations.
• Ensure equipment and materials are ready for upcoming jobs.
• Model ethical behavior and promote company culture and safety.
• Schedule work in Aspire for efficient routing and approve daily crew time.
• Provide accurate paperwork flow between field and office.
