Job summary

LandCare is seeking Production Managers to lead frontline crews, plan production, procure materials, and ensure safety and quality on client jobsites. You will collaborate with Account Managers and clients to deliver exceptional landscapes and drive customer satisfaction.

This role also involves hiring, training, and mentoring crew members while contributing to profitability through effective planning and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline crews to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety on client jobsites.
• Oversee production planning, cost estimation, materials procurement and scheduling.
• Assist with hiring, training and developing crew members to meet safety and performance standards.
• Monitor profitability by managing labor and material costs and reviewing financial results.
