You will oversee materials procurement and play a key role in hiring and training crew members, partnering with Account Managers and clients to review work quality and opportunities for improvement using Aspire software.

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline landscape crews.
• Ability to develop and review production plans.
• Experience with safety training and compliance.
• Experience collaborating with managers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape quality audits with clients and account managers.
• Create detailed job service plans for each client using Aspire.
• Provide production planning, oversight and guidance on client jobsites.
• Identify opportunities to improve production methods and train team members.
• Manage labor and materials costs and review profitability reports.
