Job summary

ABM is seeking a landscape mechanic to repair, service, and maintain small engines and heavy groundskeeping equipment, including commercial mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and tractors.

You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, perform routine preventative maintenance, and keep equipment in safe, productive condition. This role is friendly to those new to the workforce or returning after a break.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance of lawn or landscape equipment is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on heavy groundskeeping machinery.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and physically perform repairs.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service commercial mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and tractors.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults and repair to operating condition.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and safety inspections on equipment.
