Juniper in Fort Lauderdale is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams to work on-site, safely delivering quality landscapes for our clients. You will join a team dedicated to our mission of design, build, and maintain the best landscapes in the industry.

Main duties include mowing, edging, planting, laying sod, mulch, weeding, and operating hand tools and power equipment to maintain beds and turf. The team values safety, grow-thrives culture, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing.
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches.
• Planting and maintaining flower beds.
• Laying sod and pulling weeds.
• Applying mulch and removing debris.
• Using hand tools and power equipment to perform landscape tasks.
• Digging trenches and holes, moving soil and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
