Job summary

Lemontree Healthcare is seeking a reliable Landscaper to join our Miami-area hospitals team. The role involves outdoor landscaping tasks, installation of sod and plants, and operating landscaping tools in varying weather conditions. Preference for 1–2 years in landscaping; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with possible weekends; start at 6:00am in Hialeah. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in landscaping, groundskeeping or a related field.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Knowledge of local plant species is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning and weeding.
• Install sod, plants, trees and shrubs as directed.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Lay mulch, gravel or decorative stones to enhance garden aesthetics.
• Identify and treat common plant diseases and pest issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or damages.
