Job summary

James River Grounds Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Crew Member to perform lawn and landscape maintenance, including mowing, mulching, pruning, planting, and general site upkeep. You will follow project plans with the Crew Leader and Operations Manager to ensure quality work on each property.

The role requires 2+ years in landscape installation, a High School diploma or GED, and any applicable state licenses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape installation experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• State Technician and/or Applicator license per local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
• Apply weed control and other chemicals as licensed.
• Load and unload equipment and supplies.
• Follow site plans with Crew Leader and Operations Manager.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and vehicles.
• Report issues to supervisor promptly.
• Participate in required training.
