Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping/grounds maintenance is a plus; willingness to train the right person.
• Ability to work outdoors in Georgia weather and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable transportation to and from work.
• A valid US driver's license and clean MVR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing with attention to clean lines and detail.
• Prune trees and shrubs, plant flowers according to designs, and apply mulch or pine straw.
• Ensure parking lots, curbs, and public spaces are clean and professional.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools like mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Apply fertilizers and treatments as directed to keep landscapes thriving.
• Maintain Tri Scapes safety culture on every job site.
