Responsibilities

• Supervise and train crew in landscape maintenance tasks (mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, debris management, pruning, basic irrigation).
• Plan, coordinate, and ensure timely completion of daily and weekly production assignments.
• Organize and collect equipment and materials for each project.
• Monitor work quality and provide guidance to meet high standards.
• Participate in safety meetings and promote safe operation of equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and responsive service.
• Prepare timesheets and complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Keep work areas, equipment storage, and vehicles clean and organized.
• Identify turf and ornamental issues and recommend solutions.

Compensation

Hourly pay range: $18 to $22.50+, depending on experience
