You will directly manage multiple field crews, build lasting client relationships, and drive overall operational excellence. Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance management.
• Completion of a Trade Program or Technical Certification, such as Horticulturist training.
• Deep knowledge of turf management, plant care, irrigation systems, and local flora.
• In-field mechanical background (small engine repairs, diagnostics of small engines, etc.)
