Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co offers a 10–12 week internship in landscape maintenance, providing hands-on field training and exposure to branch operations. You will work with crews, shadow department teams, and engage in projects that build practical skills and industry knowledge.

You’ll receive dedicated mentorship, participate in leadership development, and have opportunities to network professionally, with potential for future full-time roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and customer-focused with willingness to support operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use common software applications.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Shadow and learn from teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Work with a mentor, receive feedback, and develop professional skills.
• Participate in management and leadership development activities to prepare for future roles.
• Collaborate with interns on meaningful projects and build a professional network.
