  • Interest in working in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with a willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
  • Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on field operations with crews and developing a comprehensive understanding of landscape production and branch operations.
  • Job shadowing in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
  • Dedicated mentorship to guide progress and provide regular feedback.
  • Management & Leadership development through team building, etiquette, communication, and leadership practices.
  • Collaborative team environment with meaningful projects and peer learning.
  • Professional networking with peers, mentors, and leaders within Ruppert.
  • Interns may gain further training in their department of choice at program end.
  • Final presentation sharing internship experiences, projects, and learned skills.

Program Overview:
  • Hands-OnFieldTraining:Gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of field operations, working alongside crews and developing a comprehensive understanding of landscape production and branch operations.
  • Job Shadowing:Gain exposure to key areas of the business byobservingand engaging with teams involved in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
  • Dedicated Mentorship:Work alongside an experienced mentor who will guide your progress, offer regular feedback, and support your professional development throughout the internship.
  • Management & Leadership Development:Gain exposure to team building, professional etiquette, communication, leadership, and management best practices to help prepare you for future roles.
  • Collaborative Team Environment:Contribute to meaningful projects while working alongside skilled professionals and fellow interns, fostering teamwork and shared learning.
  • Professional Networking:Build lasting relationships with peers, mentors, and leaders within the organization, expanding your professional network and industry connections.

Internship Duration:
