Job summary

Paragon Landscaping Corporation seeks a Landscape Maintenance / Enhancement Foreman to supervise a 3-person crew and deliver high-quality outdoor maintenance and installations. You will train crew members, ensure safety, manage projects from planting to seasonal cleanups, and communicate with clients.

A valid PA driver’s license and 3+ years of landscape experience are required; strong leadership and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of landscape maintenance/enhancement experience.
Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
English language skills (verbal and written).
Strong communication with staff and clients.
Basic plant identification and horticultural knowledge.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage time.
Commitment to safety and safe work practices.
Safe driving history.

Responsibilities

Direct supervision of a 3-person crew following proven maintenance/enhancement systems.
Enforce safety practices and protocols.
Ensure projects are completed safely and on time.
Oversee seasonal plantings, edging, mulching, fertilization, and pruning.
Operate landscape equipment such as mowers, tractors, sod cutters, and rototillers.
Submit daily time, materials, and job notes.
Communicate politely with clients.
Adhere to company policies and regulations.
