Job summary

Steadfast Alliance is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to supervise crews in the field, performing hands-on installation and maintenance tasks while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will lead daily operations, coordinate with residents and property managers, and serve as the on-site contact. A valid driver’s license and 5+ years in landscape work with 2+ years in supervision are required; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

Position Summary

Physical Requirements

This position requires regular outdoor work in varyingweather conditions, including Florida heat, humidity, rain, and sun exposure.

Employees must be able to:

• Lift,push, pull, and carry up to 100 pounds using proper safety procedures.
• Stand,walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and perform repetitive motions for extendedperiods.
• Safelyoperate landscape tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Climbladders and navigate uneven terrain.
• Travelbetween multiple job sites as needed.
• Respondto job site and service-related needs in a timely manner.
