DJ's Landscape Management in Wixom, MI is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member. This full-time, year-round role offers on-the-job training and a path toward Crew Leader responsibilities, with winter snow removal as part of the season.

As a Crew Member you will perform mulch installation, pruning, bed edging, perennial care, weeding and spraying, working outdoors across varied conditions while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required for Crew Member position - we will train the right candidates.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals.
• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period.

Responsibilities

• Landscaping tasks include mulch installation, pruning, bed edging, perennial care, weeding and spraying.
• Develop skills for potential advancement to Crew Leader position.
• This is a full-time, year-round role with snow removal tasks in the winter.
