Job summary

Plants Creative Landscapes in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Maintenance Crew Leader to guide a residential landscape crew, perform high‑quality maintenance, and develop leadership skills through hands-on training and real support.

You’ll lead, train, and communicate with managers and clients to deliver exceptional results while growing in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential landscape maintenance experience
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
• Pride in quality work and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew and set the tone for quality, safety, and teamwork
• Perform landscape maintenance beyond “mow-and-blow”
• Pruning, turf care, seasonal work, and plant health monitoring
• Drive a company truck and care for tools and equipment
• Support and train crew members
• Communicate clearly with managers and occasionally with clients

Job Overview

As a Maintenance Crew Leader, you’ll lead a crew, care for residential properties, and grow your skills with hands‑on training and real support. You don’t need to know everything on day one - but you do need to care, take ownership, and want to improve.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
