Job summary

Currin Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee a maintenance crew and work alongside them to deliver high-quality landscape services in the Triangle area. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction on each site.

Responsibilities include assigning tasks, maintaining equipment, and communicating with clients about progress and future needs. A valid driver's license and 2 years of leadership in landscape maintenance are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of landscape maintenance experience.
• 2 years of landscape crew-lead experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance equipment operation and care.
• Strong attention to detail in landscape production.

Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

$60,000-$70,000 salary + bonus

Lead a landscape maintenance crew, own the quality of the work, and build strong client relationships.

Currin Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee and work alongside a maintenance crew while ensuring properties are serviced safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What You'll Do

What Will Help You Stand Out

• Computer skills and experience with LMN Time or similar landscape software are a plus.

Physical & Work Environment

This is an active outdoor leadership role. Candidates must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds and work in varying weather, noise, dust, pollen, wet conditions, and around landscape equipment.

Travel to jobsites throughout the Triangle area is required.
