Job summary

Russell Landscape is seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader & Driver to lead a small crew of 2–5 technicians in delivering quality maintenance for residential and commercial properties. This hands-on role requires horticultural knowledge, strong communication, and safe operation of vehicles.

You will supervise daily tasks, drive between sites, train crew members, keep records, and coordinate with clients and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years landscape maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience driving trucks and towing trailers with equipment.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, plant care, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and schedules.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure safe and legal operation of vehicles and equipment.
• Communicate with clients and management regarding job status, concerns, or special requests.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on site.
