Job summary

The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader in Rapid City, SD. You will direct a crew, oversee equipment, and execute daily grounds and turf maintenance tasks on site.

Your role fosters property enhancement while ensuring safety and quality standards. You will lead landscape operations, plant and maintain greenspaces, diagnose turf health, and communicate with management and clients to meet landscape needs.

Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors.
• Background in horticulture or landscaping preferred.
• Turf, weed, tree and shrub ID knowledge preferred.
• Ability to complete Davey landscape career development books upon hire.
• Ability to complete Davey first aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire.
