PRIDE Industries in Madison, WI is seeking a Landscape Lead to oversee maintenance of grounds, roads and parking areas at assigned facilities. This onsite, non-exempt role reports to Commercial Contracts and requires ability to train a team of workers.
Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, irrigation oversight, safety compliance and coordination of schedules; prior landscaping experience and OSHA knowledge are essential.

SUPERVISES There are no direct reports with this position.
Under general supervision the Landscape Lead oversees landscape activities in installing and maintaining landscaped areas, roads, and parking lots of assigned facilities. This job class requires knowledge of landscaping practices, standards, supplies and equipment; and the ability to organize, schedule and supervise the work of people with developmental disabilities in assigned locations. Employees in this job perform work to assure grounds are maintained in safe and pristine condition.

Valid Driver's License
Majority of work is performed on job sites, in an environment using grounds maintenance tools, mechanical and electrical equipment. Employees may be exposed to uneven surfaces, toxic substances, electrical shock, noise from equipment and depending one external weather conditions, wind, rain, cold and heat. Travel to other worksites is required for certain positions.
