Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation in Nashua, NH is hiring a Landscape Laborer to support outdoor maintenance across store sites. You will plant, mulch, trim, irrigate and load materials while ensuring Nouria standards are met. The role involves operating skid steers, backhoes, and snow removal equipment as needed.

Required are a high school diploma and at least 1 year of landscaping experience, plus ability to lift 50 lbs and work variable hours. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1 year minimum experience with landscaping.
• Knowledge of trees, plants, annuals and perennials.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Irrigation system knowledge.
• Hardscape installation experience is required.
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as a skid loader and snow removal equipment.
• Experience using landscaping power tools (mowers, blowers, trimmers, chainsaws).
• Experience with tree removal and pruning.
• Ability to walk, stand, or crouch for long periods and work after hours/weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely cut grounds with hand, power, or riding mowers to trim edges.
• Apply fertilizer to maintain grounds quality.
• Prepare sites for snow removal and salting season.
• Load/unload work trucks and trailers as needed.
• Move soil, mulch, and plant materials to enhance landscape areas.

• Inspect vehicles, tools, and equipment daily for safety and reliability.
