Job summary

Edgewood Properties Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a reliable Landscape/Irrigation Laborer for a year-round position. The role covers landscape maintenance, irrigation installation and service, and winter snow removal across NJ sites.

The ideal candidate works outdoors in all weather, can lift 50+ lbs, and collaborates with a team. Previous landscaping or irrigation experience is preferred but not required; a valid driver’s license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping and irrigation experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs.
• Work in all weather conditions, including snow and cold.
• Snow events and flexible winter hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup.
• Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems (sprinklers, valves, controllers).
• Winter snow removal operations and snow events participation, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Operate landscaping equipment and assist with installations and loading/unloading materials.
