Job summary

Bemus Landscape is seeking a Landscape Irrigation Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems across properties served in Southern California. You will program standard and smart controllers, assess water efficiency, and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience – At least two years as an Irrigation Technician.
• Strong irrigation controller programming (scheduling, sequencing, seasonal adjustments).
• Troubleshooting valves, wiring, controllers, nozzle replacement, and coverage issues.
• Physically fit and able to lift 20–50 lbs as needed.
• Valid CA Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Willing to work outdoors in varying weather and pass a drug/alcohol screening.
