Rotolo Consultants, Inc. (RCI) is seeking an experienced Landscape and Irrigation Construction Superintendent to join our team in Houston, TX. The role requires a solid understanding of landscape, irrigation, and horticulture and managing field crews on multiple projects.

You will coordinate crews, communicate with clients and vendors, and ensure safety, quality, and timeliness. RCI offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in landscape, irrigation, and horticulture.
• Ability to operate construction equipment (Skid Steer, Mini Ex, Backhoe, High Reach Forklift, etc.).
• Knowledge of fertilizer and horticultural chemicals.
• Knowledge of plants, trees, palms, and shrubs.
• Thorough knowledge of irrigation systems, hydraulics, piping, and installation.
• Familiarity with two-wire technology and ET-based control systems.

Responsibilities

• Represent RCI with clients and vendors.
• Move projects forward and perform hands-on work as needed.
• Identify potential issues early and plan mitigation.
• Schedule crews, coordinate deliveries, and ensure on-time paperwork.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
