Job summary

HeartLand's Landscape Internship Program is hiring interns for 2026 to gain real-world experience across maintenance, irrigation, and design on active job sites with guidance from experienced crews.

Students pursuing related degrees will develop skills through department rotations, a capstone project, and potential pathways into full-time roles after finishing the program.

Qualifications

• Students pursuing degrees in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Construction, Business, or related fields.
• Self-starters who want more than a clipboard internship.
• Teammates who love being outside, learning new skills, and making an impact.

Responsibilities

• Work with your supervisor to design and complete a real project that brings value to the business.
• Gain real-world experience on job sites, in the shop, and with clients.
• Rotate through Maintenance, Irrigation, Landscape Construction, and Sales/Business Operations.
