Job summary

James River Grounds Management, LLC is seeking an Enhancements Crew Member to join the installation team delivering high-quality landscape projects in Virginia Beach. The role involves landscape installation, grading, hardscape installation, clearing, tree cutting and pruning, with emphasis on safety and timely completion.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of landscape enhancements experience, can read architectural drawings, and is dependable and organized.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read architectural drawings
• Dependable with timely attendance and ability to follow plans
• Safety-conscious and able to work in accordance with company safety policy
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.)
• Perform landscape enhancement tasks on site
• Load/unload equipment, tools and supplies
• Adhere to plans and directions from crew leader and operations manager
• Maintain a clean and safe job site and equipment
