Juniper is seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Enhancement teams to perform work on job sites in a safe, quality-minded manner to create beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape installation and knowledge of plant materials preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to work long hours outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Laying sod on job sites.
• Installing pavers, stone walls and hardscape projects.
• Installing mulch.
• Irrigation/sprinkler installation.
• Digging trenches and holes.
• Prepping soil areas for plantings.
• Hand-watering and soil movement.
• Moving soil, equipment and materials.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
