A prestigious garden center in Fishers is seeking Residential Landscape Installation Technicians for a full-time seasonal position. The role involves collecting and installing trees and shrubs, maintaining cleanliness at customer locations, and providing care information. Ideal candidates will possess a clean driving record, practical plant installation experience, and strong communication skills. This physically demanding role requires lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions. Shifts primarily occur during weekdays, starting early until completed.

Responsabilidades

• Collect trees on property and load into a truck.
• Install trees and shrubs as per brand standards using hand tools.
• Clean up and leave the customer's yard in pristine condition.
• Share care information with the customer.
• Reconcile paperwork daily.
• Assist with landscape installation and perform deliveries as needed.

Duties

• Collecting trees on property and loading them into a truck
• Installing trees and shrubs per our brand standards using only hand tools
• Cleaning up and leaving the customer's yard in pristine condition
• Sharing care information with the customer
• Reconciling paperwork daily
• This position may occasionally assist with landscape installation, perform deliveries for all departments, and occasional work in the store based on company needs

Work Environment
