Job summary

For Garden’s Sake is a family-owned garden center in North Carolina seeking an Installation Landscaper to join our team. You’ll help bring custom designs to life by planting greenery, installing irrigation and lighting, and building hardscape elements with care and accuracy.

This full-time, year-round role pays $18-21/hour to start, with weekly pay. Benefits include PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k matching, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Landscaping experience including planting, pruning, irrigation and lighting.
• Experience with masonry or hardscaping is a plus.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and maintain professionalism.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather and lift over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plant shrubs, trees, flowers and install sod.
• Install and repair drainage, irrigation, landscape lighting, and other site amenities.
• Assist with constructing hardscapes: stone & paver patios, retaining walls.
• Operate trucks, loaders, and bed edgers and other equipment.
• Interact with clients and crew members professionally.
• Contribute to delivering a superior landscape that enhances clients' lifestyles.
