Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Landscape Laborer to support installation and maintenance tasks across outdoor sites. You will help with planting, soil prep, sod and seed application, and material handling to keep operations safe and efficient.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and compliance with safety practices. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate common landscaping tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow supervisor instructions.
• Knowledge of safe working practices.
• Able to operate landscaping equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Excavate manually with a shovel.
• Handle & install trees & shrubs.
• Handle fertilizers & soil enrichment materials.
• Move & spread soil and aggregates.
• Install seed & sod.
• Hand tool use, including wheelbarrow.
• Load & unload materials.
