Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Landscape Laborer to assist with installation and maintenance tasks, including planting, soil prep, sod and seed application, and material handling. This role focuses on safe, efficient operations in outdoor environments.

You will perform site work under supervision, lift up to 50 lbs, and use hand tools throughout the day. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and hours, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow supervisor instructions.
• Knowledge of safe working practices.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• 18+ years old (21+ if operating company vehicles).

Responsibilities

• Excavate manually with a shovel.
• Handle and install trees and shrubs.
• Handle fertilizers and soil enrichment materials.
• Move and spread soil and aggregates.
• Install seed and sod.
• Hand tool use, including wheelbarrow.
• Load and unload materials.
