Qualifications

• Must be able to perform outdoor labor and operate standard landscaping equipment.
• Reliable transportation to job site and ability to work outdoors.
• Attention to safety procedures and detail in work.
• Good communication and ability to follow client instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
• Maintain trees, shrubs, flower beds, and landscaped areas.
• Remove weeds, leaves, grass clippings, branches, and other debris.
• Keep sidewalks, roads, parking areas, and surrounding grounds clean.
• Perform pruning and general landscape maintenance.
• Identify and report irrigation issues, damaged property, or other site concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the job.
• Safely operate landscaping equipment and tools.
• Follow all client and company safety requirements.
• Complete assigned work professionally and according to the required schedule.
