Job summary
Willow Valley Communities in Willow Street, PA, is seeking a dedicated Landscaper/Gardener to join our grounds team on a permanent, year-round basis. You will maintain lawns, gardens, flower beds and outdoor spaces across our campuses, ensuring beauty for Residents and guests.
This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, and benefits. You will handle seasonal tasks, planting, pruning, edging and general grounds maintenance, contributing to a welcoming environment in

- Outdoor landscaping experience preferred.
- Ability to operate and maintain lawn care equipment.
Responsibilities
- Support year-round grounds maintenance across campus sites.
- Prepare and grade terrain, seed, sow, and transplant plant material.
- Locate and plant shrubs, trees, and flowers; trim and edge walkways and beds.
- Prune shrubs/trees and maintain clean outdoor spaces; rake leaves; remove litter.

As a valued member of our Landscaping team, you'll help keep our grounds beautiful through a variety of seasonal and year-round responsibilities, including:
- Participate in preparing and grading terrain, applying fertilizers, seeding and sodding lawns, and transplanting plant material
- Locate and plant shrubs, trees, and flowers
- Trim shrubs and cultivate gardens
- Trim and edge around walkways, flower beds, and walls
- Prune shrubs and trees to improve growth, maintain appearance, and remove damaged branches
- Rake leaves and maintain clean outdoor spaces
- Clean grounds and remove litter
