Apex Companies, LLC is seeking a Landscape Foreman (Stormwater) in White Marsh, MD. This full-time role pays $22.00-$24.00 per hour and requires 40-55 hours weekly with potential overtime. Travel 10-15 days per month to client sites is typical, with lodging and per diem provided on travel days.

You’ll lead a 2-4 person crew, plan maintenance of stormwater infrastructure on commercial properties, and operate related equipment. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience with manual labor/outdoor work preferred.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally (10-15 days per month).
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
• Able to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and schedule landscaping, routine maintenance, and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure.
• Lead a crew of 2-4 members and enforce safety regulations.
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, and light construction.
• Operate landscaping equipment and maintain the equipment trailer.
• Prepare reports and document work in Apex systems.
• Travel from shop to client sites locally and regionally (10-15 days).

Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full Time, 40-55 hours per week (Monday-Friday, overtime opportunities)
Regional Travel: Required, typically 10-15 days per month (lodging and $55 per diem on travel days)

What you'll be doing:

• Plan, direct, and schedule landscaping, routine maintenance, and light repairs of stormwater infrastructure (retention ponds, detention basins, drainage ditches, stormwater grates, and other stormwater assets).
• Lead a crew of 2-4 crew members, communicating and enforcing all safety regulations.
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, ground maintenance and cleanup, light construction, and maintenance repairs for client properties.
• Operate landscaping and light construction equipment and maintain the equipment trailer.
• Prepare reports and document work in the field using Apex proprietary systems.
• Travel from the shop location via the company truck to client sites locally and regionally. 10-15 days of travel is typical (M-F only).

What we're looking for:

• 2-4+ years of experience with manual labor, outdoor experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally required.10-15 days of travel is typical (M-F only).
• Due to DOT interstate transportation requirements, employees must meet the minimum requirement of 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and a reliable method of transportation required.
