Procare Landscape Management Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman (Hardscape) to lead a 2–3 person crew on medium to large landscape installations, including patios, walls, lighting, and outdoor kitchens.

You’ll oversee installation quality, timelines, and safety, coordinate with the Operations Manager to maximize project profitability, and communicate scope and expectations clearly to the team.

Qualificações

• 2 years of experience as a Project Foreman or in a leadership role in the Green industry.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills with ability to manage teams and budgets.
• Must be able to lift, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and pass a clean driving record.
• Chauffeur's license; CDL preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership : Lead and Manage a team of 2-3 employees to execute landscape installations according to design specifications and work orders while ensuring that work is completed on time and within scope.
• Installation Oversight : Lead the installation of various landscape installations such as patios, lighting systems, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and commercial landscape installations.
• Project Profitability : Track and manage the team and progress along with the Operations Manager to ensure profitability on each installation job.
• Quality Control : Ensure each job meets the PROCARE standard of safety and excellence.
• Communication : Communicate the job scope and expectations effectively to the team. Communication efficiently and honestly with the Operations Manager on all aspects of each landscape installation.

Qualifications

• Experience : Desired 2 years of experience as a Project Foreman within the Green Industry or in a leadership role within the Green industry.
• Skills : Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage teams and budgets.
• Character : We value individuals with great character, quiet confidence, and eagerness to continue learning and improving.
• Physical Requirements : Must be able to lift and carry materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Certifications : Chauffer's License, clean driving record. CDL is preferred but not required.
