Job summary

Lawrence Landscape Group is seeking a Landscape Enhancement Supervisor to lead a crew and deliver landscape installations from start to finish. You will organize daily work, work alongside your crew, and ensure projects stay within labor hours while meeting quality and safety standards.

You will oversee planting, bed prep, grading, sod, mulching, drainage, and other enhancements, ensuring adherence to approved plans and timely communication of any changes.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a landscape installation or enhancement crew.
• Experience operating skid steers and mini excavators is required.
• Ability to read and follow landscape plans and written job instructions.
• Ability to manage installations from start to finish while controlling labor hours and delivering quality results.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and pride in finished work.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, scope of work, material quantities, and allotted labor hours before each job begins.
• Manage projects from site preparation through installation, final cleanup, and walkthrough.
• Assign daily crew tasks and coordinate materials, tools, and equipment to keep work moving efficiently.
• Lead and work alongside the crew on planting, bed preparation, grading, sod installation, mulching, drainage, and other landscape enhancements.
• Follow approved plans and communicate site conditions or changes that affect project scope, labor hours, or completion.
• Monitor job progress and crew hours to meet labor targets and quality expectations.
• Inspect completed work, correct deficiencies, and prepare the jobsite for final review.
• Maintain safe work practices and ensure proper equipment use and care.
