The Davey Tree Expert Company in Solon, OH is seeking a Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader to direct a crew and oversee daily grounds and turf maintenance on client properties. This on-site role blends outdoor work with leadership and hands-on care of landscapes.

You’ll diagnose turf and shrub conditions, plant, prune, mow, mulch, fertilize, and operate landscape equipment while maintaining strong communication with management and clients.

Qualifications

• Love of outdoor work and nature
• Background in horticulture or landscaping preferred
• Davey career development books to be completed on hire
• Davey first aid, CPR and defensive driving course to be completed on hire
