Job summary

Juniper Landscaping of Florida LLC is seeking a driver/crew member to join our landscape maintenance teams in Weston, FL. This role involves driving a company truck with a 24' trailer and supporting daily jobsite tasks alongside the maintenance crew.

You will inspect vehicles daily, perform landscape duties, and use hand and power tools while working outdoors in varying conditions. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required.
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer.
• Landscaping experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24' trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
