Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture from a 4‑year, board‑approved curriculum, or 6 years of combined board‑approved landscape architecture curriculum and/or landscape architecture work experience.
• 3–5 years of site planning and landscape design experience.
• Knowledge of the approval and entitlement process for landscape architectural projects.
• Proficiency with CAD-based design and presentation tools.
• Strong graphic communication and detailing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Apply landscape architectural principles, codes and standards that support a team in aspects of general site design, planning, layout and detailing for entitlement and construction document approvals.
• Assist in the preparation of improvement plans, specifications, supporting documents, and entitlement applications for subdivisions, commercial developments, multifamily developments, and public works projects.
• Perform supportive site analysis, material and code research, plan preparation, cost estimates, and provides other supporting documentation for public and private projects.
• Responsible for site renderings/illustrations.
• Assist with CAD drawings for schematic design through construction documentation.
• Increasing responsibility for project coordination and management while actively support Design Lead.
