  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and standards are met.

Site Analysis & Planning:

  • Conduct site analysis to assess soil conditions, drainage, topography, and existing vegetation.
  • Develop site plans that address functionality, aesthetics, and environmental impact.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with regional teams, including architects, engineers, and horticulturists, to ensure cohesive designs.
  • Present designs to clients, stakeholders, and regional committees for approval.

Sustainability & Innovation:

  • Integrate eco-friendly practices such as water conservation, native plant use, and energy-efficient lighting into designs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in landscape architecture.

Compliance & Regulations:

  • Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for permits and approvals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
