Studio Brown is a collaborative landscape architecture studio in Boston, seeking a Landscape Designer to contribute to public and private projects. You will support design through all phases, create renderings and diagrams, and help manage on-site coordination.

The role emphasizes strong design sensibility, clear communication, and proficiency in visualization tools. Join a small, multi-generational team with a Friday hybrid schedule balancing studio and field work.

Qualifications

• BLA or MLA from an accredited program.
• 3–6 years of professional landscape architecture experience.
• Experience developing construction documents.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to communicate ideas clearly through sketches, presentations, and technical drawings.
• Experience in developing renderings and presentations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Rhino, Lumion.

Responsibilities

• Support and help manage projects through all phases of design, documentation, and construction.
• Develop promotional packages and presentations with plans, 3-D renderings, and diagrams.
• Support construction administration both on-site and in the office, including site visits, submittals, shop drawing reviews, and RFIs.
