Job summary

Bedrocklandscaping is seeking a motivated laborer to join our outdoor team in Texas. You will assist with landscape installations, including plants, sod, mulch, and decorative features, as well as support hardscape and irrigation tasks.

Applicants should be able to work outdoors in all weather, lift heavy loads, and follow project plans with safety and reliability. Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience is preferred; valid driver's license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor is preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Install landscape enhancements including plants, trees, sod, mulch, and decorative features
• Assist with hardscape projects such as pavers, stone, retaining walls, and drainage systems
• Support irrigation installation and repairs as needed
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment safely
• Read and follow project plans and directions from Crew Leaders
• Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily
