Job summary

Dtelandscape in Florida is seeking reliable landscape laborers to join our growing team. You will assist with planting, grading, sod installation, hardscape work, irrigation and site cleanup while focusing on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, punctual, able to work early mornings, and willing to learn construction and landscaping techniques. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn construction and landscaping techniques and follow directions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work flexible hours as project needs require.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape construction including planting, grading, sod installation, mulching, hardscape work, and site preparation.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, trenching, hauling materials, and compaction.
• Safely use hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Support irrigation components, drainage installations, and landscape features as directed.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites during and after construction activities.
• Follow jobsite plans, instructions, and company safety policies.
• Work collaboratively with crew leaders, equipment operators, and teammates.
• Report material shortages, site issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Cut turf and plant material with proper tools and care.
