Job summary

Webby Landscaping & Masonry is seeking team members to support landscape installs, plantings, and design-driven outdoor projects in our service area. This role focuses on hands-on outdoor work, safety, and collaborative execution.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, enjoy learning new equipment, and can lift up to 70 lbs with attention to detail. We offer growth opportunities, competitive pay, and benefits after a qualifying period.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in landscape installs per design plans, planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Participating in hardscape construction (paths, water features, walls, patios).
• Safely operating and maintaining tools and equipment (saws, chisels, etc.).
• Supporting irrigation system installation and maintenance (trenching, pipe, sprinkler heads).
• Preparing job sites by clearing debris, grading soil for planting.
• Collaborating with team for efficient project execution and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting in the implementation of landscape installs, including the planting of trees, shrubs, and flowers in accordance with design plans

• Participating in hardscape construction, including the installation of pathways, water features, walls, patios, and other landscape features
• Safely operating and maintaining tools and equipment, including saws, chisels, and other specialized instruments
• Supporting the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, including trenching, pipe installation, and the placement of sprinkler heads
• Preparing job sites by clearing debris, grading, and ensuring optimal soil conditions for planting
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient project execution and successful outcomes
• Adhering to all safety protocols to maintain a secure and productive work environment

Hourly Rate: $25-$30 per hour, based on experience

Work Schedule: Minimum of 35 hours per week, with most summer weeks ranging from 40 to 50 hours

Overtime: Optional overtime work available
