The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader to direct a crew outdoors, managing daily grounds and turf projects. You will oversee planting, trimming, mowing, mulching, and fertilizing to improve property appearance and value.

Ideal candidates love the outdoors, have horticulture/landscaping background, and can diagnose turf health while communicating effectively with clients and management. On-site leadership with advancement opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors.
• Preferred: background in Horticulture or Landscaping.
• Preferred: Turf, Weed, Tree and shrub ID knowledge.
• Able to complete Davey landscape career development books on hire.
• Able to complete Davey first aid, CPR and defensive driving course on hire.
