Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors and physical work.
• Background in horticulture or landscaping preferred.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work with a crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead a landscape crew and equipment for daily grounds and turf maintenance.
• Plant, trim, mow, weed, mulch, and fertilize as required.
• Diagnose turf/shrub conditions and communicate needs to management and clients.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment.
• Support safety and quality standards on site.
